Multi-store · Range gaps
Selling at one shop. Missing at another.
Lines with a steady weekly sale at one of your shops that another shop does not stock at all. Each is a lead for the next order, not a promise: footfall differs between shops, so start with one case and let the till decide.

Rates are the stocking shop's till counts over the last eight weeks. A gap is about the barcode: similar products under a different code do not close it.
How to read a lead
One case, four weeks, then the till decides.
Range the line for four weeks. If it sells through, it earns its facing. If it does not, delist it and the trial cost one case. No yearly value is promised here: a rate at one shop is evidence, not a forecast for another.
Why gaps happen
Ranges drift apart on their own.
Each shop's range grew from its own order history. A line added at one shop after a rep visit or a customer request never reaches the others unless someone notices. This list is the noticing.
Range changes are suggestions, never automatic. It recommends. You decide.
